How will I be invoiced?
We bill on the 1st of each month for the previous months usages. Users have 15 days to pay before we disable their access.
What happens when I reach my free hours limit?
Simply add your credit card details in the "manage billing" section of the portal to increase your usage. This will automatically convert your account into on-demand.
How do I track my usage?
In the "track usage" section of the portal, you will find detailed information on the usage limits, a summary of your usage to date and the details of your usage.
